REGULAR DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS
- Delivery to the address is free of charge for orders over 600 denars.
- For orders lower than 600 denars, the delivery is charged 150 denars.
- Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
SAME DAY DELIVERY TO SKOPJE
- Available for orders placed until 1pm on weekdays.
- Valid for products available in Skopje and delivered to an address in Skopje.
- The product is delivered on the same days as the order, until 8pm.
- For orders over 7,000 denars, the delivery is free of charge. For orders up to 7,000 denars, the delivery is charged 250 denars.
IMPORTANT:
- Preparation includes packing the ordered product in a cardboard shipment box with all relevant documents (invoice, user manual and wristwatch warranty) enclosed. The box is sealed with MY:TIME self-adhesive tape that prevents opening of the products during transport. Once we prepare the parcel, it is handed to the delivery couriers. From this point on, the guarantee for the shipment protection is the self-adhesive MY:TIME tape on the box. In case the shipment arrives with a torn or detached self-adhesive tape, please call our Contact Centre on 15150 and make the call in the presence of the courier.
- If the courier service is unable to reach you, the shipment is returned to MY:TIME. When the shipment has returned, you will be contacted for the reasons of failed delivery, with a possibility to agree on the second attempt of delivery.
- In order to facilitate the delivery, please be available on the phone and have a person who will be present at the address that you provided to pick up the shipment.
